    Had a magneto on a wisconsin tf break. Sent it to Tom and found out it was the wrong magneto entirely that someone "made work" on the engine. Does Ingram Maintenance & Welding offer free estimates for their magneto and carburetor services?

Each job is different; therefore, we need to inspect and evaluate your magneto to see what is required to restore it to "as new" condition. Ingram Maintenance & Welding will make an assessment and contact you to provide details of what is required. We believe in transparent communication and in ensuring our clients have a clear understanding of potential costs before any work begins. Contact us today to discuss your project needs.

What sets Ingram Maintenance & Welding apart from other magneto repair companies?

At Ingram Maintenance & Welding, we exclusively use, OEM-NOS parts. In doing so, we can guarantee the outcome of our work. We utilize our two American Bosch magnet chargers and two Weidenhoff spin testers in all our Magneto repairs. When repairing carburetors we use our patented tooling to disassemble (without damage) your carburetors. Cousin "Eddie" doesn't work here!

What services does Ingram Maintenance & Welding provide?

Ingram Maintenance & Welding provides servicing, rebuilding and restoring antique, unique and obsolete magnetos and carburetors.
All Magnetos are disassembled, soaked and scrubbed, inspected and evaluated, we chase all threaded holes, draw file all gasket surfaces, paint, recharge magnet, service main bearing and seal, resemble and spin test. We sell restored Magneto's from our supply of cores.

All carburetors are totally disassembled, soaked and scrubbed, inspected and evaluated. We chase all threaded holes, draw file all gasket surfaces, paint and reassemble. Throttle shafts and choke shafts are checked for clearance, and if the carburetor body is worn beyond service limits, it goes into the Bridgeport to be repaired.

Our skilled team is equipped to handle, localized on-site repairs, 24 HR localized service, and routine maintenance to ensure that your tractor, motorcycle or other equipment is up and running. We do not work on aviation equipment of any type.
